Mimic Chest

Mimic Chest
Sculpted in ZBrush. The concept is a classic D&D chest Mimic at the moment the trap springs: the lid cracking open, teeth erupting out and opening like a flower while the tongue coils out from inside the chest cavity.
I wanted to give as much movement as I could portray to make it feel like a gaping maw that was ready to chomp down....
